2. Description of Service

UsHiringHub is an online job board and employment platform connecting job seekers with prospective employers. We provide a platform for employers to post job openings and search for candidates, and for job seekers to post resumes, search for employment opportunities, and apply for jobs.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and login credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

4. Terms for Job Seekers

As a job seeker using UsHiringHub, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of any resume, profile, or application materials you submit.
  • We do not guarantee employment, job placement, or any specific outcome from using our Services.
  • Employers, not UsHiringHub, are solely responsible for their job postings, interviewing processes, and hiring decisions.
  • We reserve the right to remove any resume or profile that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

5. Terms for Employers

As an employer using UsHiringHub to post jobs or search for candidates, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the content of your job postings and any communications with candidates.
  • All job postings must represent genuine, available employment opportunities. Multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or jobs requiring upfront fees from candidates are strictly prohibited.
  • You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws, including but not limited to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) guidelines, prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information.
  • We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any job posting that we believe violates these Terms or is detrimental to our users.

6. Prohibited Conduct

While using the Services, you agree NOT to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Site without our express written permission.
  • Post any false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code that could disrupt the Site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, user accounts, or networks.
  • Harass, stalk, or spam other users, including sending unsolicited promotional materials.

7. Intellectual Property

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. USHIRINGHUB EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL USHIRINGHUB, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UsHiringHub and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located within the United States, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
